With our partners we work to assist Veterans and their families struggling with their emotional well-being and having difficulty connecting to services.

With the ultimate goal of preventing veteran suicide, Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin, the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Capt. John D. Mason Veteran Peer Outreach Program, and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Racine County are partnered to offer the 9-Line Veteran Support Program. Our mission is to assist Veterans and family with their emotional and physical wellbeing.
We serve ANY Veteran – Active Duty, Reserve or Guard who lives or works in Wisconsin
FREE – There are NO FEES for this program. It is funded by the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin (VOW)
Based in Racine, WI, Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin (VOW) works to make a difference in the lives of at-risk Veteran households in every community across Wisconsin.
Our mission is to assist homeless and at-risk Veterans strive for normalcy in life by providing food, clothing, shelter, and other basic human needs.
VOW is home to The Veteran Village (Tiny Homes) and The Veteran Marketplace.
VOW partners with the Captain John D. Mason Veteran Peer Outreach Program and NAMI of Racine.
